Since 2015, I have worked on the changng of zoning on this space from residential to open green space to ensure that at least some of the deficit in greenspace in the area is saved. The space still makes up just over 6% greenspace for Millbourne phases 1 & 2 and not near the 15% enjoyed by other developments in the area.
